LUNG-BIU listens to a news broadcast about Sung Wong Toi from the radio and he believes that Sung Wong Toi is a key place. LUNG-BIU goes to visit TSAU-FUNG at the hospital. He thinks that he should not have any relationship with TSAU-FUNG since she is married already. TSAU-FUNG wakes up and she scolds LUNG-BIU for being pretentious. LUNG-BIU, YUEN KWAI and LAU CHUEN go to have lunch at the restaurant. LAU CHUEN teases YUEN KWAI for being stubborn by not accepting black money. LUNG-BIU reveals that they should pay for their food and Hong Kong will have ICAC in the future. LUNG-BIU goes to Sung Wong Toi and somebody calls him. The person asks why LUNG-BIU has rescued TSAU-FUNG for he is the one who asked him to kill her. LUNG-BIU learns about the distribution of gangsters from LAU CHUEN.
