FUNG announces to the YIP's family that LAP and her has reconciled. All opposes LAP except SING. SING even encourages FUNG. CHEONG sells the Wah Yip Bank. He joins with LAP and spreads some bad news against the Wah Yip Bank. Consequently, Wah Yip Bank is acquired by the Pak Hang Corporation. LAP becomes the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wah Yip Bank.
