Josef, a hypnotist under Yomi, called Babel II to the Rocky Mountains in Canada with a technique on the announcer. Because Joseph, who was held by a nearby villager, tried to sleep, Babil II arrived at the village at the foot of the Rocky Mountains and was attacked by the villagers.
