Uptown, Ryan makes a last ditch effort to appease Nick and Penelope, and this time he's come prepared with a secret weapon. Fredrik has enormous confidence that he can sell the apartment belonging to his new client, Tim. However, finding him a new place in an ultra-modern building may be the one thing that leads Fredrik and Michael to cross paths once again.
