The gang successfully escapes from jail and encounter the Ghost Hoppers' sacred queen. She says their people pushed science too far and that is why they look the way they do. The Queen helps them revert the 999's tracks back to the way they were. She decided to rebel against her own subjects who would not heed her advice.
